GP Gameplanned Drills

Team Drill

Team Judgment Calibration Drill

A practical sequence for running a Gameplanned team drill without using real customer data.

Sample Account Pack

Northstar Clinics

Mid-market healthcare operations platform

Northstar is 82 days from renewal after a fast implementation. Admin users are active, manager adoption is uneven, the CFO has not replied in three weeks, and a permissions escalation is still open.

Use this fictional sample account pack for workshops, screenshots, and demos. Do not replace it with real customer data unless the data stays inside approved company tools.

Facilitator Sequence

1

Open with the static/no-backend data boundary and explain that all examples use fictional customer context.

2

Pick one lifecycle moment and identify the customer stakes, available evidence, and decision pressure.

3

Have the team write the next move before opening any AI prompt or template.

4

Compare answers against the strong answer moves, weak answer patterns, and manager coaching notes.

5

Close by choosing one operating habit to turn into a workflow, prompt, or review gate.

Fictional Signals

  • Admin usage is steady, but manager workflow completion is 31%.
  • The executive sponsor changed roles after kickoff.
  • Three support tickets mention permissions confusion.
  • The CFO asked for value proof during the last renewal touchpoint.
  • Implementation hit go-live on time, but two enablement sessions were missed.
  • The CSM has one customer quote but no quantified business outcome yet.

Team Exercises

Practice the judgment muscle.

Evidence sort: classify every AI-drafted claim as fact, assumption, or verify-before-send.

Review gate design: decide who approves each customer-facing, manager-facing, and operating output.

Judgment calibration: compare what strong, weak, and generic answers sound like in the same customer moment.

Discussion Prompts

  • What evidence did the team over-trust or ignore?
  • Where should AI prepare work, and where must a human make the decision?
  • Which answer sounded helpful but would weaken customer trust?
  • What manager coaching note should become part of the team's operating rhythm?
